All refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The merchandise MUST be in its original brand new condition.
Please see "Eligibility Requirements" below for how to request a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see “Ineligible Merchandise” below for merchandise that cannot be returned.

To request a refund, please take the following steps:
1. Email orders@DOTBeautySupply.com to request a return.
2. Please indicate your name and order number. Include pictures, videos, detailed description, and any other material to describe the reason for return.
3. Once the request has been reviewed and accepted, we will email instructions on how to return the product. The merchandise must be in its original brand new condition.
*Note: Should the request be denied, please do not send the merchandise to us. We cannot accept it and you will be fully responsible for any charges and/or fees.
4. Notify us after you have sent the merchandise back and please the tracking number, if applicable.
*Note: It is recommended that all returns are shipped back in corrugated boxes to prevent damages to the packaging or product during transit.
*Note: The customer is solely responsible for the shipping fees of any returned merchandise to www.DOTBeautySupply.com. We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to us, or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Unsealed merchandise (eg. spray bottles, jars, hair dye, tubes, pump bottles, containers, etc.)
Hair (wigs, ponytails, buns, frontals, etc.)
Beauty tools and equipment (eg. flat irons, curling irons, blow dryers, trimmers, clippers, scissors, blades, etc.)
“Clearance”, “Final Sale”, and “Discontinued” merchandise. These product prices end with $.99.
“Buy One Get One” merchandise
If a merchandise is out of stock (backordered), you will be notified via email with three (3) options:
1. Replace the backordered merchandise for merchandise that is in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
2. Receive a refund on the backordered merchandise, and process the order with the merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us right away at email@example.com. Please include your name and order number in the email. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
